UNSCRIPTED THERAPY
This is a space to unveil what has been hidden and masked out of survival. This practice is for those who are no longer willing to compromise ourselves.
Unscripted Therapy exists outside the confines of ‘conventional’ mental health care by rejecting the expectation that we are to be “palatable” in our pain and acknowledge the impact of trauma and the society in which we live.
Here, healing is about reclaiming our story. Come as you are. There is no script to follow.
WHO WE ARE
Unscripted Therapy was created to bridge the gap in traditional therapy where we emphasise the impact of trying to make ourselves fit within systems that weren’t built for us.
We view therapy as an opportunity to reconnect with our true selves.
Our areas of practice specialise in neurodivergence and complex trauma.
We support folks experiencing chronic overwhelm, low self-worth, parenting and identity shifts, and the mere exhaustion of daily masking.
Our focus is on embodiment, healing, and reclaiming your right to exist without shrinking.
We are not too much. We are just tired of surviving, and we get that.
OUR SERVICES
We provide virtual-based individual therapy and professional social work consultations for adults across Ontario.
Sessions are collaborative, relational, & radically non-pathologizing.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, neurodivergence, identity, or a deep disconnection from yourself. You don’t have to do it alone.

This no-pressure, 15-minute phone or video call is free of charge and offers us a chance to connect, explore your needs, and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
